Mass Intentions
Thank you for requesting a Mass intention at the Parish of St. Ann in Charlotte! Requests will be scheduled in the order they are received, and we cannot guarantee any dates. If neither your desired date or alternate date are available, we will schedule the closest possible date for you.
Parishioner families are permitted 12 Mass intentions per year. Non-Parishioners may schedule 3 per year. The customary donation is $15 per Mass, but you are free to give as you would like. Masses will be reserved once we have your donation, which should be included with this form.
Masses can be offered for a person living (“For the intentions of Jane Smith”) or deceased (“For the repose of the soul of Jane Smith”) , a couple that are both living or both deceased (For the repose of the soul of Jane and John Smith), or a group of people (The Smith Family, or The Homeschool Community, etc.).
Please indicate whether or not you would like a Mass Card for each intention. Mass cards can be picked up at the parish office or mailed to you. If you do not want any Mass Cards, we will email you the final scheduled dates of your Mass intentions.
If you would like to pay with cash or check, please print this form, fill it out, and mail or drop it off during office hours.

India Mass Intentions
Our parish supports Fr. Augustine and his needy congregation in India by sending him Mass intentions and the associated donations. Parishioners may make as many India Mass intentions as they would like, there is no limit. He often has specific dates available, but we cannot guarantee any of the dates requested. To send a Mass intention to India, please follow the steps below:
- Submit Your Request

- The name of the person making the request
- The name of the person for whom the Mass is being offered (you may request multiple Masses at one time)
- The expected donation amount per Mass
- Email [email protected] and include:

Memorials
What can we do to pray for a loved one, living or deceased, and how can we do something to honor or memorialize them at the Parish of St. Ann in Charlotte? This is a common question, especially after the death of a loved-one.
