Diocesan Policy for Sacramental Preparation Programs: Student MUST have attended 2 years of preparation to receive Sacrament. (First Holy Communion- grades 1 and 2 and Confirmation- grades 7 and 8).

$40.00 sacramental fee due to accompany this form to register for First Communion or Confirmation. Make checks payable to St. Ann Church. Family must be registered at St Ann Church.

They meet every Monday at 7:00 p.m. in the Allen Center from September to Easter. This is a process of welcoming inquirers to the Catholic Faith and its traditions. Contact the parish office for details.
Godparents/Sponsors – To be a godparent or sponsor for Confirmation, one must have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and First Holy Communion; be a registered member of a Catholic Church; attend weekly Mass; and practice our Catholic faith with integrity. If married, the person must be married according to the laws of the Catholic Church. Please contact the parish office to be a godparent or sponsor for Confirmation.
Every year Summer Catechesis (formerly VBS) is offered to the children. A themed week of fun and education for children.
Children age 4 through raising 5th grade are invited to attend, and as always we are looking for teen helpers (raising 6th graders and up) as well as young-hearted adults to help as volunteers.
“I am His”. Rising K-3rd grade July 22nd–July 26th 8:30 a.m.-2:10 p.m. The cost is $95.00. Music, games, crafts, chapel time, skits, learn about the Saints, Adoration, service projects, FUN! Mission: To ignite in the heart of young girls the spark that God placed there of purpose and love, and to instill the knowledge that each of them belongs to the Church as a Daughter of the King, because we are His. This organization meets on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. in the gym.
It is open to all middle-school and high school aged boys, and all men of the parish. Weekly meetings include time for fellowship, recreation, and learning more about our Catholic faith.

Home School Ministry
St. Ann’s Home School Ministry seeks to build a Catholic community of home schooling families in order to edify its members and promote their growth in virtue. With complete fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, and under the guidance of our pastor, we will offer a variety of liturgical, educational, service and social activities.

This online program includes a variety of free resources, including on-line books, movies, podcasts, and faith formation programs for people of all ages. In order to access these resources, just go to: www.formed.org and click on “Find Out More” at the bottom of the homepage. You will be taken to page where you can enter a parish code to get access to the resources. Our parish code is: Y6ZQ8M. (If you forget the code, you can always get it by calling our parish office.) Once you’ve logged in under our parish code, you can create your personal profile and login. Our parish is paying an annual fee for this service, so please make use of this terrific resource!
Adult Faith Formation Classes
St. Ann Parish frequently offers classes for adults to help them deepen their Catholic faith. These classes usually last 6-10 weeks and cover a variety of topics. Please call the church office for more information. 704-523-4641.
